“Climate change, the impact on people and wildlife worldwide and locally” - Free & public in the Sanctuary

Ward Stone will speak at the First Reformed Church Sanctuary in Schenectady on January 13, 2012 at 7:00 PM. The topic is “climate change, the impact on people and wildlife worldwide and locally”. The event is free and you are encouraged to listen and participate with questions and discussion following the presentation.

Mr. Stone received a Bachelors and a Masters Degree
in Zoology from Syracuse University and an Honorary
Doctorate Degree from the State University of New York
(SUNY). He is a retired wildlife pathologist from the New
York State Department of Environmental Conservation
with over 40 years of service. On WAMC Public Radio,
Mr. Stone has presented “In Our Back Yard” for nearly
ten years. Throughout his life Ward Stone has received
over 100 awards from organizations such as the United
States Environmental Protection Agency, SUNY and the
United States Navy Corpsman
